Keeping east Henderson's fast-growing master plan looking new.
Cadence has grown fast on Henderson's east side near the Water Street corridor since the mid-2010s, and like Inspirada it's a new community whose doors are aging faster than their owners expected. East Henderson's lower elevation runs hot, the community's young trees don't shade much yet, and the builder palette leaned into mid-tone and dark garage doors plus printed faux-wood skins — the exact finishes desert UV attacks first. A Cadence door at year eight can look older than a Green Valley door at year twenty-five that happened to face north.
Our Cadence work splits two ways. Restorations: faded faux-wood and dark solid-color doors brought back with gel-stain rebuilds or UV-stable repaints that outlast the factory coating. And upgrades: owners of homes delivered with plain white or almond builder doors having them repainted or faux-wood finished to match the community's more premium elevations. Cadence's master association maintains defined color standards, and we work inside the approved palette for your product line.
Housing is mostly compact two-story with two-car doors, plus single-story product in the age-qualified Heritage section — where, like Sun City Anthem, keeping the door to standard matters and same-day, no-fuss work is appreciated.
